At a Cooper UX Bootcamp our group was tasked with making the editing experience more accessible to users. Following Cooper methodology, we (1) interviewed our potential users, (2) developed a primary persona, (3) created a scenario, and finally, (4) wire-framed and designed the interactions.
Our approach was to gamify the editing experience. For every edit, the user receives points that affect her standing on a leaderboard with her friends.
